Community Catalysts – 10 years old!

Community Catalysts are a small collective of highly skilled professionals with unrivalled experience in people-led social care and health. They bring their values, creativity and passion to everything they do.  All their work has local impact and national influence.

The organisation is now 10 years old. As part of their birthday celebrations, they have launched a new infographic and have been looking back over their journey through the last 10 years; from the launch of Community Catalysts to some of the amazing people and projects they’ve met along the way.
