Generally speaking, no. However, if you wish to use the fund to fund activities delivered by local authorities, please contact us so we can discuss this on a case by case basis with Sport England.
We welcome applications from all faith groups, particularly given the role that many can play in connecting with the priority audiences. Still, awards should not be used to promote an organisation’s religious beliefs.
Yes, schools can apply for the Together Fund if the activities are not being delivered during the curricular time.
Unfortunately, we cannot support projects under 5s as the main audience. However, this can be sustained where a project includes a small number of this age group as part of a wider audience, e.g., a family engagement project.
The Together Fund should not be used to help facility operators’ general operations following re-opening. TF resources can support the activity where they are best placed to provide opportunities for a priority audience to remain active. There must be a clear rationale for why the facility operator is best placed to deliver this.
