Movement without Barriers: The Activity Trap

We have launched the fifth and final episode of Movement without Barriers, our series on accessible physical activity. This episode discusses the Activity Trap research, what it is and how we can combat it.

The Activity Trap

The Activity Trap is the fifth episode in our new series, Movement without Barriers. Hear members of the Activity Trap research team, Toni, Stephen and Andrea, discuss what the Activity Trap is, how activity relates to PIP assessments and how to understand your rights within the social security system.

This is the final episode in Movement without Barriers, a co-produced series of conversations exploring physical activity, wellbeing, accessibility, and inclusion. The episodes each feature lived experience, practical advice and real stories, aiming to help Disabled people feel more confident in finding ways to move that work for us.
