Share your experience of getting active in the West Midlands
Disability Rights UK are working alongside the West Midlands Combined Authority to understand how Disabled people across the West Midlands feel about available information, access to and availability of physical activity at a local level.
We would like to hear your views as a Disabled person or someone living with a long term condition, regardless of whether you are currently active or not. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete, and will help us to gain a better understanding of people’s needs in the area, as well as helping to improve access and opportunities to physical activity across the West Midlands.
The deadline for completing the survey is Sunday 22nd March.
